Truthfulness: The information given in this application is true, correct, and complete.
Compliance: We agree to comply with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, NAF-SCH-CERT-17021-01, and all relevant Global Accreditation Cooperation (Global ACI) requirements (transitioning from IAF MDs).
Access: We will provide NAF assessment teams full access to our premises, personnel, documents, and records, and facilitate the witnessing of our audits at clients’ premises.
Financial: We agree to pay all fees as per NAF-GOV-07 Fee Structure.
Data Sharing: We authorize NAF to autonomously upload our accreditation data to the Global Accreditation Cooperation Database (formerly IAF CertSearch) per IAF MD 28.
Transition: We acknowledge the authority of the Global ACI as the successor to IAF/ILAC and agree to abide by the mark transition timelines defined in NAF-GOV-08.
