Validation and Verification Statement

A formal statement issued by a validation and verification body that communicates the scope, criteria, level of assurance, and conclusion of a validation or verification activity.

Accreditation by NAF applies solely to the validation and verification body and its defined scope of accredited activities. Accreditation does not constitute regulatory approval, endorsement, or acceptance of any greenhouse gas claim, data set, project, organization, product, or outcome.

TERMINATION OF THE CERTIFICATE AND REGISTRATION
NAF will withdraw the certificate, which is always the property of NAF, and the use of its logo from The Validation and Verification Body if they do not comply with this Agreement and General Terms and Conditions.
